For many years I have thought that the word "service" was from some ancient English dialect and no longer understood. Today I am happy to find out that it is still possible to use it and mention also that your good service came with a smile!

Having put my job onto the Toodu web site, you were one of the early respondents. You made an appointment to see the trees on site and, to my amazement, you actually came when you said you would. Your approach was friendly, yet professional and your quote arrived exactly as promised. I very much appreciated your honesty in saying you would be here on Wednesday, at 07h00, weather permitting.

I admit to being delighted, if not a little surprised, that you were at my gate this morning several minutes before the appointed time. Without delay you organised your workers and they immediately set about bringing down the two big troublesome trees. In no time at all the trees were reduced to ground level and chopped up into manageable logs. Your efficient, hardworking and courteous staff then carried the logs to a suitable area, as previously agreed.

When I asked if a couple of branches of other trees might also be cut, you went above and beyond, ending up in doing much more than you had expected to do. This extra work resulted in more logs that need to be carried away and stacked with the rest.

A word must also be said regarding the clean-up process. Not only were the logs removed but also the smaller branches. Good enough? No. Along came a couple of your workers with plastic rakes and they removed the small twigs. Good enough? No. Then one of your workers used a blower and this was used to help collect the leaves and even the sawdust. I was astounded that such meticulous care was taken to clean up.

In summing up, I must say that your service was magnificent: prompt, professional, honest, friendly and helpful. Your staff: efficient, hardworking and courteous. In less than four hours the job was completed and, apart from the missing trees, it was barely noticeable that such work had been done.

It will be my pleasure to unhesitatingly recommend you for this kind of work.
